Happy New Year 🥂

To begin 2025, we have made some slight adjustments to our policies regarding no shows and cancellations.

As stated below, no shows will now be required to pay 100% of the price of the groom. If you refuse to pay, you will not be booked back in & any future appointments will be cancelled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the groom, as well as a 50% deposit on your next groom. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will need to pay a 50% deposit on the next groom.

This may seem strict, however no shows and last minute cancellations are a loss of income for us and if you do not inform us in enough time we struggle to fill the appointment, if we even manage to at all.

As most of you know, we have a very long waiting list of customers who would love to book in with us, so when you don’t turn up to your appointment, it is taking a space which could’ve been theirs.

Also, just a friendly reminder to please check your reminder texts which are sent out the day before your appointment. Ensure you are arriving on time, if you come early you will be asked to wait and if you come late you will have to rebook.

We are very lucky to have such brilliant customers who truly respect us and our time, but unfortunately some instances have lead us into having to change these policies to become more strict.

We hope all of you and your beloved doggies have had a wonderful start to the year and have a great 2025 🩷
