Just a quick post to ask for a little favour.

Due to being messed about i have space for 1 possibly 2 horse's am pm or both for the next two weeks.
I would like to remind everyone that less than 1 weeks notice full invoice price quoted is still due. This is my business i still have bills to pay being let down short notice is unacceptable as it doesn't give me time to fill the cancelled slots.!

Enquiring about services predominantly holiday cover will not mean dates have been booked until you confirm you want to book my services.
If your requiring me to hold dates for a maximum of two weeks then a none refundable deposit of £100 is required and monies must be cleared before dates will be held.

🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎I've been thinking about putting this post up for a while but didn't want to offend or upset anyone ,we all know I'm not the most tactful person so please don't take this the wrong way.
Although horse's are my passion Help4horses is my business therfore my job, not my hobby,I'm not a 16 year old girl looking for pocket money, I'm a 45 year old women trying to make a living. i,like everyone else have commitments and bills to pay!
SO HERE WE GO.........
I get a lot of messages and calls asking me could i bring your horse in ,could i just turn them out it'll only take you 10 minutes. Could you just come and poo pick for half an hour. Could you just come muck out it'll only take you 20 minutes ,could you just come and check they have water in the field it's only a 5 minute job, the wants are endless and of course I'm happy to do all of these things but also expect to be paid accordingly.
I'M A freelance groom which means I'm self employed not employed which means i have costs. I have insurances to pay, wear and tear on my car, not to mention fuel price's are through the roof at the moment. I have my clothing ,ppe,equipment etc ,time taken to travel to your destination all this has to be taken into consideration when i give a price for the services you require.
So to the nitty-gritty please do not ask me to travel to your yard and only expect to pay 10 minutes because thats how long you say it takes, which might be the case however i have a minimum charge that applies which for adhoc calls is £15, further time charged as arranged after that.
Holiday cover varies on your requirements and amount of horse's but £15 per visit applies minimum.
Regular work varies on location and requirements so please ask for prices but again a minimum of an hour applies.If I'm already at your yard for another client then discounts may be available.
I hope this makes it a little clearer and saves everyone some time sending messages back and forth.
