A winter wonderland for the horses and ponies today, some enjoyed a play in the snow, some enjoyed a the day inside with a leg stretch in the school and some a bit of both. The youngsters were very brave with their first ever snow day and the older ones acted like it was perfectly normal day playing 🩷 💙 we have a lovely bunch 🥰

It’s been a busy week and few days on the yard, we’ve welcomed Jen and her horse Bear, Kate, Kevin and their horse Nemo, and Samantha, Nathan and their horse Zel. A warm welcome to our yard family all of you 🥰🥰

We have Part and full livery spaces available for horses and ponies in our light, open airy stable barn for horses & ponies. Packages include the following:

Full Livery £130 per week:
•7 days full care for your horse all year round (leaving you to exercise your horse at your own leisure)
- Turnout / bring in
- rug change when needed
- muckout / skip out / poo picking
- making nets & feed
- fresh water fill
- holding for appointments (farrier, vets,dentist)
- Hay/haylage, straw or shavings (2 bales per week) included

Facilities:
•Individual or shared turnout with mains electric fence
•Indoor flood lit ménage with jumps
•Laminitic/ hard standing turnout
•Tackroom & feedroom/rug storage
•Hay and straw barn
• Trailer/ lorry storage
•Yard is fitted with cctv.
• Hacking routes to 5 pits trail, stubbing ponds, Wingerworth, Alton etc
• We have local instructors or your welcome to use your own
• Regular feed/ bedding deliveries from Cadmans

5 day part livery £100per week:
Monday to Friday
-Turnout / bring in
- rug change when needed
- muckout
- making nets & feed
- fresh water fill
- holding for appointments (farrier, vets,dentist)

Hay, Straw & shavings are not included in part livery packages but all are available to buy onsite.

Part livery from £70per week:

From 2 days stable duties Mon-Friday turnout as above additional days available.

Part livery package can be tailored to suit your needs.

No need to fix your part livery days, we have White boards on each stable door to write down your chosen days through Monday to Friday.

Horses can live out in summer, we’d exchange stable duties for poo picking, bath water fill and putting hay out when needed.

All horses on the yard are up to date with vaccines and follow our yard worming programme to the guidelines of the KBHH (Keeping Britain’s Horses Healthy ) scheme

Advertising on behalf of a livery:
Due to personal circumstances Guinness is available for full loan. He is to stay on our yard in Old Tupton Chesterfield where he is currently on full livery. Guinness is 17years old, approximately 14.1hh black cob who has been part of his family for many years as a light schooling/ happy hacker. He is a lovely natured horse for any aged family member who really takes care of his rider. Please message with any enquiries

Merry Christmas everyone! my liveries did a wonderful job of decorating their stables this year. (Apologies to anyones photos I missed off these inbetween the hundreds of photos of my children’s foreheads 😂😂 camera roll) We hope you’ve all had a wonderful day 🎄🎄xx

The man the myth the Konan 4YO Friesian here with us for starting. Been with us for almost 2 weeks and he’s taking to his new job like he’s been here before.

The diary is open for winter training slots. Availability for:
• Breaking/ starting
• Advancement
• Problem solving
• Pre-start
• Foal handling
• Hacking training/ trail riding (water crossing, bridge training, traffic etc)

Cold winter mornings and dark nights are kryptonite for equestrians, so why not let us take care of them for a few weeks and advance their training/ get it started while we’re at it.💥

Very competitively priced, with 5* training and care. Slots are limited to give each horse the time they need. Get in touch to reserve your slot.🤠
