A brilliant day at Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre on Tuesday! 🥶

Rachel Pople’s 4yo Rome showed us how much stronger he has become recently, with 2 consistent Prelim tests both scoring 67% 🥇🥈

Tully, owned by Derby Anthea completed his Winter Regionals qualification at Novice with 68% in both his tests 🥈 🥉

Feeling the need to not be shown up by the ponies, Captain competed in both Elementary tests, scoring 67% and🥈then winning overall on 70% 🥇

As we head into a winter of training I am starting to do more riding and teaching offsite covering a fairly wide area across Somerset/Bath & Bristol. I can also hold dressage or pole work clinics at your yard for friends or liveries.

I hold my BHS Stage 5 Performance Coach (formerly BHS I) and UKCC Level 3. I have competed Internationally 🇬🇧 including the World Young Horse Championships, and have produced and competed several horses through to Grand Prix level.

A kind and systematic approach and very happy to help all ages and levels of riders with any type of horse.

A visit to my favourite Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre last weekend!

4 year old Rome (previously Boo) now owned by Rachel Pople us how much he has grown up since the Young Pony Championships in early July. Feeling so much stronger and more focussed he did 2 super prelim tests 🥈🥈

Derby Anthea’s Tully continued to add to his Regional Qualfication with 68% in his Novice test 🥇🥇

Whilst my own Captain really stepped up his game for 70% in the Elementary 🥇🥇

It’s been a busy couple of weeks with Dreamboy, Berry and Tolkien all making their BD debuts!

Dreamboy (the rather tall elegant black horse) belongs to the Ashley-Jones family stays with us at Collective Equestrian during the school holidays and I coach his usual rider Sofia at Stonar School during the term time. With scores up to 70% in his first novice tests and a wonderful attitude to the competition arena we are very excited about his future!

Having only ridden the Sully family’s beautiful bay mare Berry for the last few weeks whilst Isla was away competing at the Junior Europeans and then on holiday, it was great fun to take her to her first two competitions before Isla takes back the reins. Taking it all in her stride, she also scored up to 70%. Stepping up from Elementary & Medium at the first show to doing her first Advanced Medium yesterday. Complete with a herd of cows and even a combine going past the arena 😇🫣

Another relatively new ride is Tolkien owned by Yuddy Cheng who is also just starting to gain some competition arena experience. He is incredibly talented and I am very lucky to be able to start to show him the world 🔥🌶️ 🏎️ 🖤

Meanwhile my own Captain, who sees himself much more as an allrounder also made his medium debut coming 2nd behind Tolkien!

Incredibly grateful to their usual young riders for letting me take such talented horses out to gain their first show experiences!
