Just want to say a huge well done to all our hoopers hooligan members! Having just sent the points record into CHUK I realised that all competing dogs achieved points at the show on Sunday. Brilliant!!! Particularly Frances Thatcher's Kip in his first show and Jane Hyland's Merlin, who finally overcame his anxiety!!

Hope everyone has recovered from the heat of Sunday at our June hoopers show!
A big thank you to our 2 Judges, Susie Patrick and Mary Murray, for great courses and for standing out in the sun all day and still being good humoured at the end!
Huge thanks too, for the support team, Sandra Saunters, June Felstead, Jane Hylands, Lin Gurr and Annemo Lundin, the shows wouldn't happen without you. For once we even have a couple of photos of the calm before competion thanks to Sandra, I as usual forgot!
Finally, thank you to all the competitors who came along to make it an enjoyable and friendly show.
Results will be on the Hoopers Hooligans Shows&Events page tonight. Please do check that I have your handler and dog CHUK numbers correct, if not right please get in touch asap!

Well done to all the teams who attended our May show at the weekend, there was some brilliant distance work, 'hoopering' skills are definitely improving!
As always a big thank you to the show team of Sandra Saunters, June Felstead and Jane Hylands who were joined by Sarah Wood, Annemo Lundin and Linda Gurr, couldn't have done it without you ladies!!
Susie Patrick, thank you for judging, you are a pleasure to work with, even in the rain!
Finally, a big shout out for our competing hoopers hooligans, Jane with Merlin who over came his anxieties to get in the placings, Lin with Bella, Anna with Cit and Kevin all getting clear rounds, Sarah and Shyla with 3 first places and an overall fastest clear round! Sandra and Ellie with a first place, and finally Sandra and Millie, 4 first places plus 4 overall fastest clear round points ..... whatever you are feeding her Sandra, I need some of it!!!

So with our 2nd show of the summer fast approaching, I should mention the 1st one of a couple of weeks ago! As always completely reliant on the Hoopers Hooligans show team, June Felstead, Jane Hylands and Sandra Saunters and also Anna Richardson from Sunshine Canine for judging.
Well done to all who came along to compete, particularly those for whom it was their first show.

We have been back to training for a month and it has been great to see how how enthusiastic all dogs have been and how good their memories are!
