Looking for a dog day care assistant to work in an established business licensed by SODC.
You will need to feel confident supervising a large group of dogs of all different sizes and prepared to work in all weathers and not worried about getting covered in mud.
We have an established client base and lovely dogs.

Some happy doggies this week

It had started raining and l put on my long rain coat and hat, before entering the day care room.
I noticed that Henry had been hu***ng his favourite cushion again and that would need clearing up. All the dogs were at the end of the stunning six acre run, playing with Sophie, mooching under the trees and digging in the mulch pit. Rufus the large black Labrador was the first to clock me, quickly followed by Lance the Leonberger, Rocky the Alsatian and Freddie the Rhodesian Ridgeback.
It wasn’t long before three more Labradors joined in the chase along with an enthusiastic pack of Spaniels and eight month old Benji the Schnauzer following up the rear.
I now have the daunting sight of ten dogs, of all sizes, running at me at full speed. If Rufus arrives first he will jump up, it doesn’t matter how many times you tell him, he will jump up, and if you don’t turn your back and dig your heels in, you will end up on your arse.
If Micky the Pointer arrives first, then he will also jump up and rest his huge paws on my shoulders, and soon the rest will arrive, jostling me like a pack of baying hounds, covering me in mud and slobber.
I am now a soggy mess, but they are my friends, l love them all and l am strangely happy and content.
