I now carry every size of towel robes to keep your dog warm on the ride home. Pippy seemed cold after a wet, windy walk today so I’ve popped a robe on to soak up any moisture from her coat after being dried off 🐶

Finally the van is done! I have 4 crates- 2 small and 2 large. The large can be turnt into an xxl crate for those bigger dogs allowing them to have space 🐶 The crates allow dogs from the same household to stay together to prevent stress 😊

Coco enjoyed meeting Bobby at his meet and greet today 🥰

The reason I love my job- making a difference 🤩 I met Buddy last week at his meet and greet where he barked at me and was shaking because he was frightened. Today, the first day without his owner home he would not come out of his crate. I sat on the floor with treats (lots of them) and every time he came closer I rewarded him. About 20 minutes later of perseverance he finally came out of his crate. I was a little worried about putting his harness on because he was still nervous and was unsure how he would react. I popped his harness on slowly over his head and rewarded him again. we got the harness on and as you can see in such a small amount of time we have started to build a positive relationship. He was bouncing around outside as if to say ‘I have a new friend’ and it was lovely to see! Yes his walk was only 5-10minutes long but the improvement in 20minutes was incredible 🤩🤩
