IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ.

APPOINTMENTS AND COLLECTION.
Please stick to your time slots. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we haven't heard from you we will have to cancel your appointment as it then eats in to our next groom meaning we end up with a back log of dogs. Before collecting your pooch we will normally send you a message to say your Dog will be ready by 2pm etc please also stick to these times as it eats into the next groom. If there is a certain date you need but we are fully booked we will let you know if we have a cancellation or we will reccomend another groomer in which we work closely with. If we offer you an appointment for example at 10am this will only be confirmed once you have replied to us. If we offer you an appointment and you do not get back to us this appointment will be offered to someone else.

CANCELLATION.
If you need to cancel and appointment please give us as much notice as possible so we can give your appointment to someone else.

NO SHOWS.
If you cannot make your appointment please let us know and we can alot your appointment to someone else, we get everyone has emergencies from time to time but it gets frustrating when people aren't turning up for their appointments and ignore our phone calls. This isn't just income lost for myself but it also cuts staff's hours. If you are a no show and rebook and do not show for the next appointment we will no longer accept a booking for you.

PAYMENT.
We accept cash or bank transfer however we ask that you pay before or on arrival as we are finding ourselves chasing people for money and I have staff to pay. No I.O.U's or can I pay next time.

PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES.
If you are phoning or messaging to book for an appointment we aim to get back to you as soon as possible. It's not always easy to get to the phone when I'm in the middle of a groom. We are closed on a Sunday so any calls or messages sent on a Saturday night or Sunday will be replied to on monday morning.

FLEAS AND TICKS.
If your dog has fleas or ticks there will be an extra charge added to your bill. If you know your dog has fleas please treat and re book for a later date. The extra charge is for us to cover disinfecting and de fleaing everything.

We started of our Saturday with the lovely Charlie 😍 he's been a bit nervous lately but today he was back to his usually crazy self 🥰 I look forward to seeing him again soon 🐕🐾

We have finished off today with another newbie 😍, this is little Ellie the Papillon🥰 she was such a good girl for her trim today and as you can see can't stop smiling 😂. I look forward to seeing her again soon. 🐕🐾

This afternoon we met beautiful Sky 😍 it was her first pamper with us today and she did amazing 🥰. She was such a good girl and super friendly. I can't wait to see her again soon 🐕🐾

We had the pleasure of grooming brothers Luigi and Spud this morning, they always want to eat me when I go to pick them up but as soon as they are here butter wouldn't melt and they just want cuddles 🤣😍. See you again soon boys 🐕🐾
