❄️ ☔️ Winter is fully up on us and every minute counts with horses this time of year to get everything done- with this is mind I am writing a reminder to all clients that horses arrive with me;
•with tails bandaged up
•And most importantly CLEAN and Feet picked out. - I spend a lot of time picking horses feet with mud in from the field and I am politely making it clear that I am not a hoof picking service and will have to start charging extra for this.
We will always check horses feet before going onto the treadmill but I don’t want to be picking out feet from the fields. * if for whatever reason I.e frozen pipes etc please arrive in time to enter into the room (if free)to start preparing your horses prior to treatment*
Please check that the room is free before unloading any horses if not free please do not unload until myself or Emma are there to greet you - Thank you 🙏🏼

This week I am so grateful it has been manic busy the days have been long but all my clients keep me plodding along with a smile.
This afternoon these two had me smiling so much my cheeks hurt as they left. Thank you Happy Hooves Equine Ltd - Equine Assisted Therapy & Transport for bringing them to us what beautiful full of character little boys they were. 😍 What a treat!

How very cute is my oldest client 😍😍
27!! Still looks and moves like he’s 7 and is still out successfully doing in hand and ridden showing.
He loves his weekly treadmill days along with a session on the combi floor afterwards🥰

The combi floor is working hard recently with the ground being like concrete. It is a great tool for post running, gets the circulation moving in their feet and helps release any jarring especially in the forearms and shoulders enabling them to recover quicker.
If any of my clients would like a session to see how your horses respond to it speak to me I am more than happy to set you up after a treadmill session.
