You can never get bored of pole work! This is a great layout of 3 chevron shaped poles in a row, which can be walked, trotted or cantered over. Lots of different ways to approach this set up. Straight down the middle, serpentine, circles, and twists. Great for suppleness, core strength and hind quarters engagement.
Can be done with raised poles to make harder.

I love using pole work to help horses improve their suppleness, engagement and core strength. I like to get quite creative, and enjoy thinking up unusual layouts that creates plenty of exercises. This one below was brilliant for changing the horses bend while working over the poles.
