Maybe this helps.. if you’ve got a new dog/puppy and you’re starting training, we like to use a command word and a treat at the same time, eventually you’ll be able to drop the use of treats and the word will be praise enough.
We also like to finish on a positive note, so if your dog is amazing at sitting/down etc, finish your session with that!

It’s more sensitive than your palm, too hot for you after 5 seconds it’s too hot for your dog’s paws.

As temperatures are rising this week, we’re mindful of your dogs and their needs. Walks will be slightly earlier and also slower, the vehicles have had air con’s re-gassed (for them and us!) Cool mats in cages and of course plenty of water - that’s to play in and drink.
