✨🐾 Pup of the Week 🐾✨

This week is extra special… because we’re crowning our very first lady 'Pup of the Week'! 💃🐶 Please give a big round of a-paws to the gorgeous Juno (affectionately known as Junopoo or Junebug 🥰).

Juno has been part of The Country Mutt family for a while now, and she’s truly one of a kind. From her role as Chief Treat Inspector (no biscuit goes unchecked 👀🍪), to Sofa Warmer Extraordinaire and Professional Molehill Destroyer, she always keeps us smiling.

She’s also a star performer – showing off her agility moves and pulling out all the tricks if there’s a sausage on offer. 🌭✨ But at heart, Juno is the ultimate cuddle bug, happiest soaking up the sunshine or curling up for sofa snuggles. ☀️🛋️🫶🏼

We’re so lucky to have this wonderful girlie with us – here’s to our first (but definitely not the last!) leading lady and 'Pup of the Week'.

We have a new opening for a level 2 apprenticeship with Haddon Training Limited

This is any school leaver, wanting full time employment and a work based apprenticeship. We can then follow this on with a level 3 on completion of the level 2. Available to start asap.

We could also accept a level 3 student, although this isn’t currently advertised, so drop us a message if you’re interested!

✨ A very special goodbye to our Merlot ✨

It’s hard to believe it’s Merlot’s last week with us after 7 (yes, seven!) wonderful years at TCM! 🥺❤️

From a cheeky little pup to the true gentleman he is today, Merlot has been such a big part of our Thursdays. He’s always the first to greet new staff (with a nudge for butt scratches or head rubs, of course 🤭), loves his cuddles, and never says no to a good mooch around the paddocks with his pals Wilson and George. 🐾

We’re going to miss him so much, but we feel so lucky to have been part of his journey. A huge thank you as well to his wonderful family for trusting us with their boy all these years - it’s been such a privilege. 💕

*DRUMROLL PLEASE* It's time to meet...

🌟 'Pup of the Week' - George! 🌟

Meet George - one of our longest-standing daycare legends! 🐾 This teeny terrier has BIG energy and an even bigger love for tennis balls (second only to his BFF, Pete 😂).

George wears many hats at The Country Mutt - from welcoming new pups & staff to keeping a watchful eye on our doggy school bus 🚌 Whether he’s sprinting around the paddocks or snoozing in the kitchen with his bestie Juno, he’s always stealing hearts.

We absolutely adore you, George! 💕

Ever wondered about the canines that come to The Country Mutt?

Well… meet our ‘Pup of the Week’, Yoshi! This adorable chap is one of the many loveable Labs that join us for doggy daycare.

He’s best known for…
🐾 Playing with his besties Patsy & Herb (same flavour… just different ‘volumes’!)
🫟 Dousing himself in summer dust baths and wallowing in winter mud holes
🎾 Hoarding as many balls as he possibly can!

Unfortunately, he was very unwell a few months ago - but thankfully has since made a full recovery.

🐾 After our license inspection with Wiltshire council yesterday we are pleased to annouce we have retained our 3 year 5 ⭐️ welfare license once again. Thank you as always to our hardworking ladies and gents, Em, Emily, Pete, and Wilf. And thank you to our lovely clients 4 legged and 2 for trusting us with you dogs 🐶 🐾
