Christmas is done now and we have a fresh new start to 2024.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my customers (old and new), 2023 was a very busy year for me and although I am of retirement age I never seemed to manage to have a day off !!!!
This year I am going to say "NO" a bit more often to late orders and demanding customers, I try my very best but sometimes I just don't want to be still making Rosettes at midnight.
IF POSSIBLE, please give me plenty of notice when placing your order's and I will try my hardest to fit you all in.

That's all my Christmas orders made, just a couple to be collected and I will be able to start on my family's Christmas shopping.
I will be taking orders again from the 5th January.

As CHRISTMAS is fast approaching I would like to ask that all Christmas and New Year orders are placed before the 8th DECEMBER.
This will allow me to make and post your orders in plenty of time so that I can enjoy Christmas with my family.

I may look like this Swan swimming serenely along but under the water my feet are paddling like H*ll.
I am a small business, I do the ordering, making, designing, advertising, paperwork, packing etc..... in fact I do everything I can to keep my customers happy.
I do not need someone having a go at me because THEY have forgotten to order 110 Rosettes which are desperately needed for this weekend (they have never even ordered from me before), it's not my problem if you are not organised.
I am very, very busy completing current orders and can not take any more NEW orders until mid July.
