Dog grooming and dog walking service. A kind and friendly dog grooming service based at Fern Farm Kennels in The Shoe, near Chippenham.

Dog baths and full grooming offered to you when you book in your dog at the kennels so when you come to pick them up they are not only happy to see you but they will smell delightful and feel like they have been pampered too. Dog grooming in also offered independent of the kennels for when your dog needs a trim. Other services also offered like claw trimming and ear cleaning. Dog walking is also available in Corsham and the surrounding area.

☀️KEEP YOUR DOGS SAFE IN THIS HOT WEATHER☀️

💧Make sure they have access to water at all times
🐕‍🦺Walk them in the morning or evening when the sunshine and pavements aren't as hot.
💤Give them access to a cool place to rest, like lino, tiled floor or cool mat.

Your dog will pant in hot weather this is normal but should stop or reduce if they are cooled down.
Its good to be aware of the signs of heat exposure so you can spot them, they are;

⚠️ Drooling
⚠️ A rapid pulse or heartbeat
⚠️Excessive lethargy
⚠️Lack of co-ordination
⚠️Vomiting or diarrhoea
CONTACT YOUR VET IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR DOG SHOWS ANY OF THESE SIGNS.

📢UPDATE📢

I am still waiting for confirmation from PIF with guidelines regarding reopening. As far as I'm aware discussions are still being finalised between DEFRA and the cabinet office as to when pet businesses can reopen. I will contact all cancelled clients when I know what date I can reopen.
I am so sorry for the delay I understand it is very frustrating. Fingers crossed I will have further information soon🤞
