GOLDEN FIGHTER (by SOOBOOG from SOLDADERA) was outstanding on debut winning comfortably at Goulburn District Racing last week. This fellow was a Worthington Racing Inglis Ready To Run horse who unfortunately (or fortunately😀) didn't make the sale due to his immaturity. He galloped the week prior to his breeze up (2020) under the eye of Matthew C Smith Racing Pty Ltd & Portelli Racing assisting our team after Rick Worthington's passing. He looked outstanding & was clocked in very quick time. Unfortunately he didn't pull up well enough to breeze.
GW Holding's purchased him with this in mind, he was sent to Matthew C Smith Racing Pty Ltd & the rest is history. Plenty of upside still to come with this strong gelding.

STEEL DIAMOND has been retired to stud. She heads to Newgate Farm for a meeting with the highly successful sire DEEP FIELD.
She was a super consistent mare who always gave her best. She finished with a race record 22-3:3:5 with prizemoney of $272,105.
She retires a sound, healthy & happy horse. We can't wait to meet her babies, I'm sure they with be amazing. Thanks to the team at Chris Waller Racing for looking after her since Rick Worthington's passing. She was a bright light for Rick at the most difficult time in his brilliant life. Go get 'em big girl, live your best life 🥰💛💗

SUGAR SUGAR (Star Turn-In The Moment '18) broke his maiden at the Hong Kong Jockey Club at start 7 last night. He had plenty of admirers & sold at the the Inglis Ready 2 Race Sale for $250,000 in 2020. He come from a long way back to win by 2 lengths eased down. Plenty of upside for this gelding. She would be one proud mamma 🥰 HONESTY PREVAILS first foal PROFONDO saluted in the Group 1 SPRING CHAMPION STAKES over 2000 metres for the team at Litt Racing. They have done an amazing job with the c**t. Congrats to all involved 👏
Rick adored HP from the moment he laid eyes on her, she won the Widden Stakes at her first start and finished a close up 5th in the Golden Slipper of 2016. She was retired prematurely according to Rick but he would be so proud of her today ❤

A stable favourite at Worthington Racing, the Dream Ahead gelding did everyone proud including himself...well done 😁
