So, as many of you are aware, I've had some very near misses with grass seeds over the last 3 years. Surgery totalling £15 k to be exact! I am now reluctant to take my spaniels anywhere to run without some sort of protection.
Introducing,
K9 HOODIE.
I have designed a hood that can be slipped over the dogs head and attached to their collar. This is a double mesh fabric with velcro attachments for collar. I have made the prototype in vivid green so that you can see it clearly. I will be testing this tomorrow with one of my dogs and update. If this is a success, I will be making them to sell for other owners to buy..
Will it win any beauty contests, NO
Will your dog love wearing it, NO
Will it try and stop grass seeds entering ears, nose, mouth, throat, YES
I am more than happy to discuss issues and constructive criticism and ideas with customers. It will be a suck it and see venture. Please keep An eye out for updates. Prob around theb£20 mark for now.

Hi guys. We have a couple of spaces available on our group walks. Please tell your friends and neighbours. We walk solely in hired private fields now, so dogs are 100% safe from roads etc.

Hi guys! Happy new year to you all! Just a not for our oxford city friends, there have been a high number of reports of dogs getting hepatitis, the main cause is looking to be swimming at Portmeadow with the sewage and infected water

I have to say, I'm darn proud of my little girls, yesterday they were so good and behaved impeccably. 2 drives each. All 3 picked and flushed. Halo being an absolute legend. Better start the monsters off after Christmas!!!

My poor little maple. Suspected grass seeds. 1 in each lung and 1 in her sternum. Taken to the vets Saturday morning with laboured breathing and was warned to expect the worst. Luckily she is a fighter and made it through the night. They are flushing her chest cavity which was full of puss infection. Lungs being 20% of their normal size. So, more nights at the hospital, and having her chest drained every 4 hours.
