Blackthorn campsite
We are located in North Cornwall in the village of Delabole. We are a family run caravan site [ New for 2023]
With 5 hard standing pitches, available all year round (at the moment we don’t have any EHU)
providing a more back to basics feel, facilities at Blackthorn are limited, with one toilet but no shower facilities ( coming soon) though chemical toilet disposal grey water waste and drinking water taps are provided.
There are 2 pubs in the village The Bettle and Chisel Just a 5 minute walk and the Poldark Inn a 10 minute stroll, the local shop is also within walking distance.
We are nestled between the popular villages of Port Isaac and Tintagle, which are just a 10 minute drive. The famous harbour village of Boscastle is 4 miles away and the beautiful beach of Polzeth renowned for its large soft sandy beach a huge hit with the surfers is just 8 miles away.
We welcome well behaved dogs but must be kept on a lead whilst on site, there are lots of beautiful countryside footpaths right on the doorstep of blackthorn site.
Regular buses run through Delabole with several bus stops along the high street.
A perfect base for exploring the area.
