We are simply creating a calm, emotion free feeling around us for the alpacas to interact with.
This is a small extract from an Applied Zoopharmacognosy session held at an Ingraham Academy workshop. The video footage is showing one specific part of the session over half way through the cats’ consultation. She had already accepted various remedies before this point.
The purpose of this snippet to give you the chance to see, very clearly, how a cat can take a remedy orally. That's right... it's not just horses and dogs!!!
It catches perfectly the moment this cat starts to select arnica macerate, see how clearly she is lapping the remedy up and taking time out to let her body process between each intake.
This has been released as an ‘authorised video’ from the Academy.
How's about this for a brilliant example of a horse accepting oil sublingually...
They choose to do this because they want the remedy to enter their bloodsteam quicker and without being broken down by the liver. How amazing are these animals ???
How cool is this video???
Our Macy was to timid and shy to even take a treat that was hanging from a string a while back. Now she is moving things to create access to get under obstructions so she can have a little bit of carrot. She is adorable...
But on the more serious side, this game helps to stimulate her brain. She is problem solving, generating self esteem and building her confidence all the time.
watch this short video to see how using a treat toy can build up a dogs confidence and help them to develop their natural ability to problem solve...
