Just a quick reminder about last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
If you need to cancel your pups appointment please try and give me 24 hours notice so I can fill the space.
I’m currently turning away around 10-15 potential new customers per week as I have no spaces.
If you cancel under 24h you will be charged for your appointment but If I fill the space you won’t be charged you can’t ask fairer than that.
Repeat offenders or no shows will have to pay for there next appointments upfront and the 3 strikes and you out rule will be enforced.
Last month 2 people were turn away as they have 3 strikes and I’m not their groomer any more.
I’m sorry to all my amazing customers that didn’t need to be told this I hope you understand the need .
last Saturday I had 3 cancellations 2 with less than 15mins notice and I worked Sunday to do 3 dog I didn’t have room for to help with the heat.
Luckily I don’t normally see this happening and cancelled and missed appointments are rare

Another amazing pup has passed over the rainbow bridge. Poppy rose lost her eye last year and since then has kept me on my feet while grooming. She always liked to look at me and keep eye contact. so every time I trimmed the right side of her Face id have to walk around my table in circles as she turned her head to see me she would also end up going around in circles. Thanks for letting me be your groomer . I wish dogs could stay young forever
