Unfortunately yesterday I had to turn a customer away and ban their dog from the salon.

This is something I never like to do as it’s the poor dog that suffers not the owner.

Things happen that’s just life

If you need to change or cancel your appointment the more notice the better for both sides so I can get you booked back in with a date and time that suits you. my books run full for around 5 weeks with limited space

Appointments cancelled under 24h or missed are subject to charges . If I can fill the space you won’t be charged you can’t ask fairer than that .

Missed appointment with no contact ie. Not answering calls or texts will lead to instant dismissal

I’m sorry to have to write this but it breaks my heart having to turn away beautiful pups because their owners forgot to cancel multiple appointments when plans came up.

Would you like to turn up for work to find your not getting paid when your ready to work
