Hi all
A quick message to activate customers

First of due to prices and over heads there will be a small price increase across the board from 1st February I’m trying to keep this to no more that £2 per dog and some people won’t see a change at all . The only time your price may change mid year is change of style or not sticking to appointments schedules .

I’m still not taking on new customers at the moment there just no room unless we make a 8th day of the week .

I plan to work tues - sat with 25 appointments available each week . I find myself working 2-3 Mondays and Sundays each months so I may change to working Mondays full time at some point dropping to a half day Saturday or even every other Saturday at some point

I’m looking in to taking on an apprentice from September. I’ve got a meeting with the college next month so we’ll see what happens.

I’ll keep sending out text reminders the day before your appointments . The amount of people that still say they would have forgotten if I hadn’t reminded them . Please give me a ok or 👍 so I know you got the message.

Changing or cancelling appointments at short notice happens we all know things come up but please remember the more notice I get the faster I can get you booked back in as I may have people wanting for earlier dates and I can just swap your appointment with theirs if both sides are happy .
