Say hello to our newest addition – Tiny the tortoise! 🐢

With a lighter shell than the rest, she’s easy to spot next to Victor, Ant, Dec, and Clonky during bath time.

Millie has been queen of Pets' Corner for the last 9 years – and she knows it! She’s got a favourite treat, and you’ll never guess what it is… Every morning, she makes a dash to the fridge, not for grain, but for a KitKat! Just the wafer, of course, but it must be doing the trick, as she’s even started laying eggs again.

Anything for our queen! 🐔

Pets' Corner has officially moved on-site at Lisieux Hall! While the animals are settling into their new homes, we're not quite ready to reopen to the public just yet. Renovations are still underway, including the installation of a brand-new chicken coop 🐔

We’ll be sharing updates soon - and we can’t wait to welcome you back when everything is complete!

Important Update ❤️

Pets' Corner will now remain permanently closed at Astley Park, as we’ve made the decision to relocate our animals and team to Lisieux Hall at Brothers of Charity Services England.

Work is already underway to create a brand-new facility for our animals to call home, and in the near future, we’ll be opening our doors for you to visit and enjoy spending time with them once again.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Pets' Corner over the years – we’re so grateful for your kindness. Keep an eye on this page for exciting updates as the journey continues!

Our team welcomed a new arrival! Introducing ‘London’ the leopard gecko, our latest resident at Pets Corner.

She is settling in well and the people we support are loving spending time with her! 🦎

📢 Lizzie is back! 🦎

We’re overjoyed to share that Lizzie has been found and safely returned to us after three long weeks! She's lost some weight, but after a vet check-up, she's comfortably back in the safe hands of the team.

For now, Lizzie and our other animals will stay in a temporary location as we work towards reopening safely. We still remain closed.

A huge thank you to the police for their help, Sarah from Live Foods Leyland for generously providing live food for Lizzie, and to our amazing community for spreading the word and sharing our posts. We couldn’t have done it without each of you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💚

Lizzie the Gecko Update ❗

Lizzie has still not been found. We had a lead today, but unfortunately, it turned out not to be her. We will continue our search.

Regrettably, Pets Corner will remain closed until further notice, and all of our animals continue to be looked after by the Pets Corner team.

📢 Important Information - Please Share ❗

Pets' Corner was broken into last night and sadly vandalised. While only small, replaceable items were taken, our resident female leopard gecko, Lizzie, is missing. Lizzie will be extremely distressed outside of her comfortable environment, and we urgently need your help to find and return her.

All other animals are safe and have been temporarily relocated for their protection with the help of local organisations.

We have notified the authorities and are fully cooperating with their investigation. If you have any information about Lizzie’s potential location or details regarding the break-in, please contact us or the police.

We will be temporarily closed until further notice 💚
