WHEN YOU LEAVE THE FOREST
Please ensure you slide the IN USE sign back to VACANT after you have finished using the forest.
We have had a number of phone calls recently with people leaving the sign on IN USE when they leave, and unfortunately this means the next person to arrive loses nearly 10-15 mins of their 30 minute slot, in contacting us and waiting for us to manually check the forest is clear before they can enter the time they have paid for.
Please be considerate for everyone else and be sure to swipe the sign back to VACANT and lock the padlock on the gate when you leave, so that its set up properly for the next person.
Please contact us right away if the gate isn't set up how it should be when you arrive- that way we can work out who left it that way. If we find this process is not being respected properly, we will have no choice but ban people from hiring the forest for lack of consideration for other forest users.
