Hello all!

There are a few changes made to walks to keep your dog as safe and comfortable as possible in these warmer weathers.

☀️No dogs to be walked over 21 degrees

🐕All brachycephalic dogs to be walked in the mornings as well as the older dogs

🌳All walks to be in either shaded areas or around water

⏰Depending on temperature, all walks will be shortened to 45 minutes

🥵I am also offering pop ins as a service if your dog is home long hours of the day and it’s too hot to walk

🌭If you have noticed your dog particularly struggles with the heat then let me know and I will make sure your dog is walked as early as possible

🐶 Enrichment games will take place on every walk to make sure your dog has mental stimulation

All daycares will have to be carefully selected and must get along with all my current dogs. Due to this there will be a 3 day trial run so I can properly assess your doggie and make sure they fit in with the pack. Thank you!

🐾Did you know?🐾

The mental stimulation that a dog gets on a slow walk with lots of sniffing is greater than that of an active, long walk. Dogs crave enrichment on their walks and sniffing provides them with that crucial mental stimulation. 20 minutes of sniffing is equivalent to an hours walk in terms of enrichment for your dog.

Keep this in mind as the weather gets a lot warmer. Be mindful and please don’t walk your dogs in the heat! Anything over 21 degrees can be fatal for our doggos.

I’ve had Jack for over 3 weeks now and he makes me laugh everyday.

Yesterday we were walking around the garden and an old couple had left their door ajar. Jack swoops in and nearly has their cheese and crackers off the table, then steals their door stopper!

I couldn’t get it off of him so we had to take it home with us 🥲
