Enid came to us at the start of October after suffering a large wound to her chest. She had to visit us multiple times to get her wound cleaned and re bandaged.

We loved seeing her every time she came in and by the end of her treatment she loved coming in to see us too! ❤️

What is Arthritis?
Arthritis is a condition that leads to pain and progressive degeneration of the joints. It affects many aspects of cats and dogs lives, including limited mobility, painful joints and poor quality of life.
Arthritis can affect all dogs and cats, 90% of cats over the age of 10 have Arthritic pain and 4/10 dogs suffer too!

What are the signs of Arthritis?
Limping
difficulty going up and down stairs
struggling / hesitating to jump
stiffness
struggling / refusing walks

If you have noticed any of these changes in your dogs and cats it may be a sign that they have Arthritis. Please book an appointment with your vets to get them seen and ask about the latest medications to target arthritis, Librela and Solensia.

August the 8th is International Cat Day! So grab your furry feline and let them know you love them🐱
It is proven that watching funny cat videos online can boost a persons energy and create a positive mood! Petting your cat is also said to reduce stress levels and good for the heart❤️

I think its easy to say all cats have definitely earned some extra treats and cuddles today, you could even spread the love further for our furry friends by donating cat food or treats to your local shelter! 🐈

Here are some of our Sidings staff cats😸❤

This is Sausage! Sausage was handed in to the practice having been found as a stray. When we scanned the microchip and contacted the owners it was found that Sausage had been missing for 3 years! 🐱

An emotional but very happy reunion. 🥰

This just shows how important it is to ensure your cat is chipped and details are kept up to date!

From June 2024 it became a legal requirement for cats to be microchipped🐾
