Cancellation policy

I understand circumstances may change meaning that a notice isn’t possible but with the exception of those, i do require 24 hours notice.

As a small independent business no shows and last minutes cancellations have a huge impact.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will need to pay a fee of £20

Drop off and collection times are extremely important - if your more than 10 minutes late to an appointment unfortunately your appointment will be void and must be paid for in full.

If you do not show up for your appointment. The full amount of the groom will need to be paid before any further bookings can be made.

If a no show or cancellation fee is not paid unfortunately you will not be able to make any future appointments.

If a last minute cancellation or no show happens more than twice then you will need to pay upfront for all your future bookings.

Thankyou again for your custom and loyalty and i hope you understand why I am enforcing this.

This beautiful girl finds grooming extremly scary. She's come to me to start a fresh and hopefully enjoy grooming! She's been to meet me and have a cuddle, she was very nervous but choose to lie next to me and take a few treats which Is a huge win. Grooming nervous dogs takes time if it takes us a few appointments before she gets a full groom then that's absoultly fine! Our main priority is building trust and eventually we will get to the stage where she can have a full groom 🐾

Little Ruby - she's 14 completely deaf and going blind we arnt to sure how much she can see! We always keep her on the lead but while it was quiet I thought I'd be brave and let her off She had the best time 🥰

Alfie 🐾 Not every dog is going to like grooming and that's okay! Alfie has never been the biggest fan but we work around it and over the years he's become so much better! I work 1-1 and do everything I can to make grooming as enjoyable as possible 🐾
