Afternoon Everyone!
Due to a high number of no shows and late cancellations recently, I have decided that all grooms now require a deposit of £15 to secure the slot.
This deposit is non refundable if you do not give more than 48 hours notice or don’t show up without good reason.
The deposit will be used to come off the total price for the groom.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:- WE ARE MOVING!

I just wanted to let you all know that we are moving into Cleckheaton on the 5th of August.
All bookings up till the 1st of August will go ahead as planned however those booked after this date will be at the new salon.
I want to thank all my amazing customers and their parents for being constant and keeping me busy. I hope my new salon is suitable for you all and we can continue to keep your pooches looking their very best ❤️

Please be careful when walking your own dogs this week as temperatures are to reach above 25 degrees ❤️

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

As the weather is warming up I wanted to let my customers know the following;

If your dog is booked in for an hour/half an hour walk on a day that temperatures reach above 20 degrees, you must not expect me to walk them for the full time. I am happy to give them a short walk and spend the remainder of the time playing or cuddling at their home.

As I have a 48 hour notice period and the weather can be unpredictable I am open to late cancellations for walks on hot days however I would still be happy to spend the booked out time with the dog in their home or garden.

For grooms I can only cool the salon temporarily and can not assure you that the room will be cool throughout the groom. If I feel the salon is too hot for a groom I will cancel and get you booked in for another day when the weather isn’t as warm. If I am in the middle of a groom when temperatures rise I will do my very best to keep your dog cool however if I feel I am putting the dog at risk I will stop the groom and rebook to finish.
