Evening everyone! Hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year. To start the year off right we have a sale on our site! Unfortunately due to rising costs we have had to add postage to orders under £25 (unless we are delivering them locally), so there it is! Some good news, some not so good news but we like to be open and honest here at Pups and Packs.

Hi everyone! Hope you are having an amazing day and aren't too stressed about the big day! Just a friendly reminder that Monday the 18th is the last day we can post items out, that means Sunday is the last order day for our regular items and Friday is the last order day for personalised items. We can send out after that but it won't get to you before Christmas. We can still take order for local delivery until the 22nd of December. Keep being awesome and will talk to you again soon!

Happy Monday, Christmas is getting closer very quickly, if you are looking for something cool and personal check out our awesome laser engraved slates and coasters, we will add your message, design or photos to a durable slate. Any photo or message can be printed as long as it doesn't break copyright :).

We still have a decent amount of warm dog coats for the cold weather and some cute collars for your cat.

We are still offering free local delivery which we often manage the same day in case you are in a rush.

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a fantastic spooky season!! If you are looking for a gift from an independent retailer be careful who you shop with. Some shops are pop ups just for the Christmas period, this can mean that there aren't any returns, no customer service etc. Keep you and your money safe this year by shopping with registered/permanent companies. As a small company we understand the difference every sale makes and we also understand how important customers are year round, we can be there for gifts for anniversaries, birthdays and any other occasion you can think of! Hi there! We get asked the same questions a lot of times so I thought we should do a frequently asked questions post!
1) Is your stock new? Yes, we are a registered local business and our stock is all brand new!
2) How much is delivery? Local delivery is always free, delivery to mainland UK is free except on a few of our Facebook exclusive items-it will always be made clear if postage is to be added.
3) Can I collect? Unfortunately you can't collect due to us currently operating out of our house. If you are not comfortable giving us your address and want a local delivery then we can arrange a public meet up somewhere convenient.
4) Will my images be shared to a 3rd party? No they won't, we take your privacy very seriously and all products come directly from us. We will never use another company to fulfill an order.
5) How can I pay for your products? We accept Paypal and debit card through our website, we also accept cash on delivery for local deliveries.
6) If I have a question will it be an automated response? Short answer is no-you will get a message received confirmation but then the question will be answered by me or my partner.
7) Who are you? We are Ruth and Craig, a couple with a shared love of animals, we live in Cleethorpes and love what we do!
