Hi everyone,

Ive always been quite flexible with payment terms, allowing individuals to pay at their convenience as long as they communicate and keep me updated. However, I've noticed that some are taking advantage of this, so I will now require payment prior to each walk/check in moving forward. Which means no payment no walk/check in. As many of you know it can be challenging trying to keep a small business running smoothly and payments beforehand make sure that things can. I really do love seeing and caring for your animals and just want to keep things running the best they can. Thankyou all for your cooperation.
