Due to increasingly busy times we are looking for an amazing cat mad person who can come in 1or 2 mornings possibly more at times to help cover staff holidays . 2.5 to 3 hours from 7.30am . This would suit a retired person who loves cats .
The job is quite physical as it involves a lot of cleaning to a high standard , interacting with the cats and setting up pens . Own transport and living local an advantage.

From a child living on a farm and being surrounded by animals I have always from an early age just loved cats 🐈‍⬛
I knew straight away I wanted a career with animals and once I finished school I studied and lived in Hutton college full time doing animal care . I worked full time at a Cattery in kennels in Cumbria for 6 years until I moved back down to Lancashire. I knew I wanted my own business and was lucky that an opportunity came along when I worked then owned Wiswell Cattery and kennels. I have known some of my customers cats for 15 + years or so and I know what it takes to make sure your cats have the best possible stay whilst in my care.

“Every year I get so stressed when I go on holiday as I leave my 2 boys , but The Cats Whiskers Wiswell are so friendly , the place really clean and they make sure Fudge and Oliver are safe in there rooms . Frequently referred to as “gentle giants”, British Shorthairs are easy-going, friendly and affectionate cats that make great family companions. They’re loyal and will follow their owners wherever they go. They have thick dense fur and come in a variety of colours. Alice in wonderland the Cheshire Cat was based on the British Short hair 😃
