Customer notice

I have had a run of no shows with people forgetting their appointments recently, resulting in a massive loss of earnings and a waste of my time that could have gone to someone else looking for an appointment.

Please remember it is my job to book your appointment but it is up to you to keep track of them. You either will get a card with your time and date on it or a message to say when it is. It's up to you from there to put it in your calender or diary. I do not have time to chase up people sending reminders or sitting around waiting for people who aren't going to show up. I am also a busy mum, working full time and running a household and understand how busy life can be but it's not up to me to organise other people.

Please remember this is my FULL TIME job. I do not get paid if I don't work. No shows and late cancellations will encur a fee that will need to be paid before rebooking your appointment.

Thank you to all my customers for your continued support and I hope you all understand where this is coming from.

Hi everyone, from the 1st April 2024 there will be a 10 percent increase in the price of a groom.
I hope you all understand and that this is due to increasing prices in the salon for products, delivery, maintenance etc.
Please feel free to contact me if your unsure of the new price for the groom.
