❗Blood stocks are running critically low

We are running an extra donation session in Loughborough next week on Tuesday 27 August due to blood stocks being very low 😢

If you can attend, please book in via our app, give us a call on 01509 232222 (9am-5pm), or register by visiting our website. Appointments are available between 11am and 6pm.

If you live in the area and have a dog that meets the below criteria, please consider coming along and helping to save lives:

🎂 Between 1 and 8 years old
⚖️ Weigh over 25kg
🐶 Fit, healthy, and confident

We need to ensure we have enough blood in stock for any dog that needs it. Please help us if you can by coming along or sharing this post, we really need all the paws we can get! Thank you ❤️

You may have noticed that our nosey neighbours are back. They are very content at present as they are up to their tummies in grass! 🐂🐂🐂

They will enjoy a chat through the fence, and the calves like to play dare devils waiting at the fence but then running off when a dog comes to investigate 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Sprockers Enzo & Finlay are on holiday locally and enjoying evening visits to Snibston Meadow Dog Exercise Field.

At only 13 months old they are full of energy and loving practising their spanielness (not sure that's actually a word but pretty sure it should be 😬) by exploring in the hedges and flushing out any unsuspecting birds, as well as racing over the hills and through the tunnels together.

Aren't they beautiful? 🥰🥰

Poppy the lurcher was one of our first visitors as a little pup when we opened 3 years ago!

She and her younger brother Sid the sausage have been visiting Snibston Meadow every since 🤩🤩

They had a lovely visit today, enjoying a game of fetch 🥎 followed by a cool off in the pool 😎

🐂💚 Our nosey neighbours are back! 💚🐂

For the first time this year the cows & calves are back in their favourite field where they can be on people-&-dog-watch to their hearts content!

As always there are two fences to keep bovines & canines well apart from each other.

Here they are on their way to the field this morning. Feel free to have a chat to them during your visit. The cows and calves do not have names but the bull is called Vernon or Vern to his friends. (He's at 28 seconds on the video below) He's 5 years old and a very steady, mellow sort of a guy 😊, enjoying having plenty of female company at the moment!
