Although Ben is talking about horse training I really feel this applies to life in general. We all have ambitions and aspirations, which is brilliant BUT quite often forget to enjoy the journey. It's been a busy couple of weeks here at Heart2heart, I've held my first Usui Reiki first degree course. I would just like to thank the beautiful souls that attended for making it an amazing time and a memory I'll never forget.
