Happy new year everyone, just alittle house keeping

Unfortunately due to a high level of no shows, we are having to implement a 50% charge for your missed appointment. We have always tried to not do this but unfortunately we aren’t able to absorb the cost of waiting for a client that doesn’t turn up when we usually have people waiting for appointments 🙂
