This week the @smartphonefreechildhood movement has gone viral with thousands of parents anxious about the now proven effects of too much screen time on young developing brain. Scientists now think the play based childhood has been replaced with the digital childhood and this is not good for mental wellbeing. In this weeks video we look at our own childhood and how different it was and how ponies can help keep children in the play based childhood for longer.
