I am based in Easthorpe, Essex. A little bit about me - I worked as a Nanny for many years, I have always loved caring for others, be it people or animals. More recently I worked in retail for 11 years, but felt it was time to do something that I truly enjoyed. I have had pets of my own in the past, cats, budgies, gerbils and tortoises. I currently live in a flat so I am unable to keep any at pres

ent, it's probably just as well, I would be the lady with about 6 cats and dogs, a couple of ponies and maybe even a chicken or 3 in the back yard. A lot of my early experience was gained by looking after animals for my friend, cats, dogs, horses and even goats on a few occasions. I stayed many times whilst she was away on holiday and also took care of the house, she was always very happy with the care I gave to her much loved pets. I have now been pet sitting full-time for over 5 years and I love it. The services I offer are -

Daily visits, to feed, water, clean litter tray, comfort breaks (whatever is required) and give your pets some love and attention, if you're out for the day, on holiday or at work. These usually are 30 minute visits but can be longer if discussed beforehand. Overnight care covering holiday times or the odd day/night, I will stay and care for your pets and look after your home, from one day/night up to many weeks. I also cover day care at your home, from one hour up to a full day, for people who don't want to leave their pets alone during the day. Dog walking (smaller dogs only) I don't do group walks so walks will be for your dog/dogs only. I am a great animal lover and will consider all animals, I will take care of your pet families as if they were my own. I know it's a very difficult time for a lot of people for many different reasons. Morning everyone, just to clarify my price for overnight house/pet sitting as I've had a few enquiries lately. The price quoted is for UP to 24 hours, so one day and one night maximum, if it goes over this it is counted as another day and price will increase accordingly. Unfortunately I can't afford to do an overnight which includes 2 days for the price of one night. Hope this clears things up. Many thanks. 🐾💕

I have signed up to Race for Life on July 7th. I have not done anything involving being sponsored since I was at school, so a bit nervous. My reasons for doing this are that I have personal experience with cancer, myself, my Mum who passed away from it, also recently someone very close to me has battled this cruel disease, I am doing it for them and everyone else who is currently going through it or will be in the future. 1 in 2 of us will get some form of cancer in our lives, it makes you feel helpless, can take away the things that brought joy to your life before, things we take for granted and it takes everything you have to face it and fight back, this is why I am doing it. It will also give me an incentive to continue with my running, as my aim is to run it without stopping. So if anyone can spare even a pound it would mean so much to me, I know times are difficult so if you aren't able to that's absolutely fine, words of encouragement are just as valued. I just want to help in my own small way 🏃‍♀️ ❤️

When I lived in the middle of Colchester a lot of my pet visits were within walking distance, I always walk if it's possible, saving petrol and pollution. Since I moved to the countryside in December there are less opportunities for this, but this weekend it is lovely to be able to walk to a nearby village to visit Milo and Luna again. Spring has definitely sprung, the warmer days are a welcome change and it's so therapeutic to be out in nature 🦋🐝🐞⛅️🐦🐦‍⬛🌷🌼🌳🐾🐈🐈💕

It's been a lovely 10 days spent looking after Alfie and visiting Milo and Luna for the last week too. Last day today, will miss them all but will be back with Alfie again soon. Tomorrow I'm looking after a bunny rabbit, no two days are the same, which is how I like it 🐶🐈🐈🐇 🤗🐾💕
