𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗪 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂!

Many apologies for the quiet. It's holiday season which is putting extra strain on the volunteers.

Sadly though, we've also lost a few volunteers recently and could really do with a few more regular helpers, especially during the week.

If you can give up a morning or more to help care for the animals, we would be very pleased to hear from you. Volunteers usually arrive for 9.00am and finish around lunchtime. Duties include cleaning, feeding, walking dogs and, of course, lots of cuddling. The centre is on Stoke Road, Leavenheath.

You can email SESAW at [email protected] but the email box fills up quickly so you might prefer to drop in for a chat during our opening hours. We're open without an appointment from Thursday to Sunday, 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. We hope to see you soon.

The photos this time are all dogs but we need help with cats, rabbits and chickens too!

Well today we had the pleasure of meeting ‘Holly’ and ‘Bailey’ the Briards. Helping out another dog groomer whilst she was on holiday, it is no mean feat keeping on top of these coats 😃 The owner does an amazing job and they are regularly groomed. Stunning dogs and made us smile a lot 💕💙🐾🐾😃🥰🥰

'Remy' the 5 month old Australian Labdoo came into the salon for her first puppy groom - initially, very nervous of the dryer but soon realised it wasn't so scary after all - it's so important to get your dog used to being groomed from a young age to re sensitise them 🐾🥰💕

‼️Customer notice ‼️

Having not increased my prices since 1st January 2022, I have done my best to keep prices as affordable as possible for my customers. As many of you are aware, the cost of electricity, water, insurances, equipment, servicing and products have increased, this in turn means I am having to increase my charges by £2.50 per dog.
I appreciate your understanding and continued custom.
Price increase effective from 1st of June 2024.

‘Daisy’ the Cockerpoo was in for her first puppy groom today. A little scared of bathtime and drying but all part of the new experience of dog grooming. It’s so important to get them used to it from a young age so that it becomes a pamper and not too daunting 🐾🥰
