Most people told me I’d lose the will to do my own horses if I started working with them.

It put me off for ages and at first they were right, then I found a job that suits our needs.

Everyday I come home more inspired to get my horses to the level of horses I look after, to be dedicated and driven to get them where I’ve always wanted to be.
This morning I woke at 5am to get a hack in before work.

Forever grateful for the opportunities given these days💖

With a nice peaceful Sunday off for once I thought I’d introduce myself☺️

Hi Everyone,

I’m Brooke the face behind Homes, Hounds and Hooves. A business i created to make your life easier and your holidays feel like a holiday.

Having owned horses for over 10 years and ridden and cared for a complete range of horses and ponies during that time; I like to regard myself as confident and capable as well as knowledgeable in care and grooming bound with patience to ensure your horse, hounds and home are getting the best care.

At home I have 2 horses, 6 Dachshunds (yes 6, life is hectic lol), a tortoise and a few cute chickens.

I love to love animals, they are all treated with kindness and respect, something I feel repays itself especially in ridden work.

That being said I am quick to adapt to a cheeky chestnut or shetland🤣 And as they say ‘ask a mare, tell a gelding’.

I offer a range of services from riding, dog walking, house sitting, holiday/yard cover, and coaching to come. I will try to help where I can, please don’t hesitate to message me.
