Zeus & Scamp Update 🐶🐾

First of all, 0.5 camera lens…if you don’t know, get to know 😂.

Second of all… Today was the first day Zeus didn’t have his muzzle on during our visit! 👏🏼

It’s been a long process (almost 3 months) of hard work and patience, making sure we take things at a pace Zeus is comfortable with. He’s now confident, playful and content in my company and I couldn’t be prouder of him🫶. Scamp as usual is the perfect companion and I adore spending time with her 🥰.

ZEUS & SCAMP UPDATE 🐶🐾

For those of you who’ve followed from the beginning, you know about these two beautiful pooches.

For the last month I have been working with the owner on building trust with Zeus, as he can be anxious around new people. We come up with a tailored plan of short and frequent visits each week, to work towards secure field walks with the owner present, with the final goal of walks/ pet sits without the owner being needed.

Today we had our first secure field walk, and what a success it was. It makes me incredibly happy seeing Zeus thrive alongside his best friend Scamp. They had the BEST time.

A 5 year old Hungarian vizsla with the most gentle soul (despite his constant grumpy expression 😂).

I had the pleasure of looking after him over the weekend.

Introducing Zeus & Scamp! 🐶🐾

Zeus- A VERY handsome 7 year old German Shepherd who has the purest heart. Zeus can be a nervous boy but he is making incredible progress during our visits together 🥹.

Scamp- This flirty 9 year old Labrador is a beautiful bundle of joy to be around and she makes the perfect companion for our Zeus!🐾

These two babies have x2 30 minute visits a week, with the goal to change to walks and pet sitting once Zeus is feeling 100% confident and safe 🥰.
