For Remembrance Sunday we created a new tradition for our shires. I hope that Heather's Pet Services and I can continue this for many years to come.

We plaited the boys in poppies and rode to Ardleigh Church to pay our respects at the Memorial. I'm sure the boys had no idea, but it was nice to pay our respects to both ours and their ancestors who gave their lives so bravely.

These two sweet pups had a lovely day yesterday, it started with cuddles on the sofa, then a good run in an enclosed dog field, then attending their pawrents wedding at the beautiful , a good adventure walk afterwards and ended with more snuggles while I pet sat for them. They were good as gold and fingers crossed their pictures came out lovely!

Really loved their collars which matched the grooms tie. I absolutely love doing weddings! There's always such lovely details involved.

I took this sweet little chap to meet his parents at the church after their wedding ceremony today. What a well-behaved doggo he was! Hopefully, the photographer got some lovely photos of him with his parents. (While I jumped up and down and squealed from behind the photographer to get his attention 🤣)

As a complete surprise, while I was waiting for the bride and groom outside the church, I heard bagpipes playing. Once everyone exited, I realised it was my uncle who had played for them. So a huge shout out to my uncle Mike (East of England Bagpiper) who is available for all kinds of events! He has an amazing musical talent. The groom said his hair on his neck pricked up at the sound of the bagpipes. Just absolutely amazing ♥️

Thank you again to Carly and Damien for letting me chaperone the lovely Stan for your wedding, and I send all my well wishes for the future.

Colchester Dog Field

Very relaxed walk around Colchester Dog Field this morning. Frodo has assumed his new favourite position in "his" horse trailer. We are really enjoying this space at the moment. One of these dogs in this group is never allowed off lead. They've had a real blast around the field stretching their legs and exploring this morning! But can you tell who that may be 🤣😉

I like to stop every so often to see if the dogs will check in on whether I'm still with them. This little group did a fantastic job 🥰
