Next Pet Blood Bank session is at Stanley House Veterinary Group in Barnoldswick on 11th Feb - The criteria for your dog to be a lifesaving blood donor is as follows:

🩸Between 1 and 8 years old
🩸Weighing over 25kg
🩸Fit and healthy
🩸Confident and friendly
🩸Not born or travelled outside of the UK or Ireland

Ideal dog breeds include Greyhounds, Lurchers, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, German Shepherds and Poodles.

You don't have to be a client of Stanley House, all the registration and booking is done via the Pet Blood Bank. A blood screen is also included which could highlight any issues your dog may have and the results will be sent to your vet.

Your dog will receive a bandana and goodie bag upon a successful donation, and their photo will be featured on the Pet Blood Bank page.❤️
