Important note about appointments -

Thank you to those that have given me a list for next year. I still have a few to put on then I won’t be doing anymore. Please just book your next before you leave the salon. To let you know the next spaces I have are from Monday 17th feb. These are for regular customers only. I’m completely full in January. If you want to check out the status of your list please do message me on the WhatsApp 07752156591. The year after next I will only be doing lists for those who want them and give me a list and for those that have to have a specific day. Lists are always taken in September as it can take 3 months to organize.

Important message 🫶🏻

Ok …..so following yesterdays post. I don’t want any of my customers to take any offense whatsoever. My price is my price. Like I said I will just adjust accordingly to the needs of the business as any other business does. If people can’t afford it and need to move on that is completely up to them no hard feelings. I understand times are really hard. They aren’t going to get better anytime soon.

The lists for the appointments, customers seem to be confused about what it was all about. Basically all I ask for is your list of dates for next year if you want to guarantee you have an appointment all year and avoid any holidays you may have. If I have the dates that’s great but if they don’t fit I will need an alternative date. I always ask for them in sept as it can take me 3 months to sort it out. I was up til 2am last night doing them 🥴.

📝So from here on in I will do the ones I’ve been given and from now. Everything one else please Just book as you go. Year after I will just book as you go. Unless you really want a list.

Very sad day. I have lost a client due to price. I haven’t planned an increase I adjust to the over heads and wage cordially. I offer a very unique service, in my purpose built building. For which I have had full permission and sanctions. Im insured, fully qualified and first aid trained. I have over 30years experience. Remaining consistent. I work One to one, all grooms are tailored to suit each pet. Intensive care and attention, working with each pets personality. Ensuring your pets are looking, feeling and smelling fresh. I don’t charge any extras eg facials, nails. I use the best quality products and equipment. So below I will list my prices. If these are not agreeable please let me know and I can cancel your appointment and offer to someone else. I can’t charge any less. Please remember that those that start cheap will eventually need to raise prices accordingly.

Prices from April 2024 whatever your price was- (small went up £3 med/large went up £5.)

Small from £41 depending on style. Some are up to £46 (styled)eg Shihtzu

Med from £50 depending on style eg cockerpoo

Large from £60 Standard poodle

Some prices may differ due to the amount of weeks you have your pet groomed. You may be charged less.

Please bare in mind I am a small business. I do require a wage, I have lots of overhead’s including paying for my building. I pay tax and national insurance.

I do understand if this is the case for someone people. It guts me deep, especially if it’s a client I have groomed for many years. I build up a relationship with them and it means them starting all over with a stranger.

I think that I’m all up to date with the lists I’ve been given to date for next year. (Check your email) if you haven’t received your list please WhatsApp me. 07752156591 There is still time to put your list in. Simply pop it to me In writing when you see me me next. Or whatapp me your wish list. If your not having a list make sure to make your next booking before leaving the salon to keep your place in the diary. I’ve done 31 lists up to now. I should know by January if I will have any availability for those waiting on the “waiting list”.

Next years dairy is here, ive had a few lists for next year already. I would preferably like them in writing if that’s possible. (When you next see me) I need to write my days off etc then I can write the appointments in the diary and transfer them to the computer. Once they are on the computer I will send them via email. Then your reminders will come 2 days before. If you do want a list, the sooner you get your dates in the more likely you are to get the days times you’d like. I can’t guarantee exact dates as it depends on what’s already been taken. I will do them in the order I’m given the lists. I normally don’t work the bank holidays, Easter etc and ℹ generally take time off in Aug. Next year I won’t be working every weekend, so if you only want weekends please let me know. You don’t have to have a list but to remain a regular customer you must rebook your next appointment before leaving. I don’t have space for new clients but if I do have one off spaces I will firstly offer to regulars, then offer out to new clients as a one off only. These will be at a higher rate as they may take longer than usual due to many contributing factors such as behavior, condition of the coat and style requirements.

I’m back to work on Wednesday. No major rush for any lists. I do want to remain as flexible as possible. Those wanting lists please let me have them by end of September.

So today is my last day of work until 28th aug. Most of you know I’m getting married on Saturday. I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your well wishes, cards and gifts. I’m absolutely blown away with your kindness. Thank you so so much. I will post some pictures of the day when I get chance. I haven’t opened any of my cards or gifts yet, I have saved them all til after the wedding 💒 some have come by posted too. Once again thank you so much, so so kind of you x

Just a little reminder to all my customers that I get married 10th Aug. I have absolutely no gaps, working every day now up and til. I come back the very end of aug. So moving anything is impossible at the moment. Please please don’t miss your appointment as the next gaps I have are mid October. I hope you are all enjoying the weather. Thank you for all the well wishes, cards gifts and even delicious quiche. I’m very blessed to have such wonderful clients. I know things happen, please give me as much notice as you possibly can for cancellations because I’m so time sensitive in the salon. I’ve also had many of my long standing doggies very sadly pass away over the last weeks. I have moved those that float in my diary into those appointments so I still can’t take new at this moment in time. Thanks again for all your support. 🫶🏻

Just a quick reminder to be on time for your appointments and pick up times especially. It really makes a massive difference on the smooth running of the business. I can not take another client in til you have picked up your pet for safety reasons. (I don’t have holding areas, I can’t have them)I also have to fit in breaks and food. Unfortunately I can’t be as flexible with the times of work I have. If you are running late, if it’s safe to do so please send me a quick text. The 15 mins after or before each pick up is to take payment, clean and refresh please bare this in mind. I do understand traffic is terrible at them moment. I think there is something in the water the last few weeks I’m chasing my tail with timings x your support is much appreciated x

Just a quick note to say if you can’t come for an appointment please 🙏🏻 if at all possible given me 24hrs notice. There is a £20 cancellation fee for those that don’t show and no communication given. That fee will apply on next appointments if I can provide them. If you don’t have a list I can’t guarantee I can get you back in the diary. It’s very difficult to fill miss appointments because of the hours I have have to work in. As a small business this makes a big impact. I can’t get that money back. Unfortunately if this is a regular thing and you miss many appointments I will cancel any further appointments and give them to someone that wants the space. I hate to moan but this is my income. No one pays me if you don’t come, and someone else is missing out too.

Important notice 🫣

I’m coming to the end of the yearly list bookings. I have a handful to do then all appointments will be booked one at at time. This will be the last year I offer the yearly list unless absolutely necessary or you have multiple dogs. I’m finding people aren’t understanding the process or haven’t seen Facebook or emails with updates on availability left in my diary.

I always start my diary for the following year in September. One at a time bookings will start. 2025.

I don’t want people to be offended if I run out of appointments, I’ve 165 customers to cater for so please make sure you rebook before you leave. May not seem a-lot of people but it’s only me know so believe me it’s plenty. They come every month!! 5,6,7,8,12,16 weeks!!!

I’m so very grateful for all your support. I am overwhelmed how all my customers care for there pets on a regular! Regular basis here ! It’s amazing! Not many groomers can say that. Routine and trust are so important in my service. Makes all the difference to your pets and I feel it shows x

Ps ….I do however understand if you really want a list that’s absolutely fine. Just let me have it by sept 2024. Please don’t panic 😱

The year lists go to your email along with a contract. This is to be finger signed and sent back. I will need everyone’s email to send a contract when booking further appointments. This is for insurance purposes and to have up to date details on your pets health.

Quick important note 📝

I have now completed all the years lists that I’ve been given. Don’t forget I am not generating them this year. If you sent me a list and I’ve not done it please message my WhatsApp 07752156591 or text me and I will investigate. I can still do your list but I’m only doing what you give me or nearest I can. Everyone else please book your appointments one at a time. (But…just don’t forget lol)

Don’t forget I will be off from 9th aug to 27th as I’m getting married and we are having a family holiday. I can’t work bank holidays: Easter and my day off is every tues. My hours are mon- fri (except tues) sat 9-1.

Just to let you now there are no appointments at left for this year. It will run on to Jan/feb now. There are currently only 14 appointments left for Jan. Then runs to feb.

I’m not taking any new clients but if current places don’t fill I will offer the space on my page first for other regulars, then to new people as a one off only. I don’t groom or offer clipping to matted dogs or groom pets with fleas. (Small medium dogs, no more large breeds other than what I’ve confirmed)

If you no longer want to come to the salon, if you could let me know so I can delete your details from the system (data protection) and offer to people on my waiting list.

Happy valentines to all my beautiful customers x

I would also like to say a massive thank you to all my regular clients. You have your dogs regularly groomed and it makes all the difference. Thank you for your kindness and understanding of my time sensitive workings, AND I never have to clip off matted dogs. Few knotts here and there, that’s nothing really. I see groomers struggling around the country being slated for clipping off a clearly matted dog. Regular grooming, it’s that simple. There is a pet groomer for everyone x thank you for choosing me x

Broken this evening, and thoughts to Del Boy’s family who had to say good bye to him this afternoon. As he crosses over the rainbow 🌈 bridge, we will never for get you special boy. We have lost so many beautiful souls this year. Made this little video tonight to look back at all the good times. Del Boy came since the very start and we never looked back.
