✨ Meet Stella and Percy: A Perfect Match in the Making ✨

Some connections just feel meant to be, and that’s exactly how it is with Stella and Percy. 🐾💙 Over the last few months, they’ve been building a bond that’s all about trust, teamwork, and plenty of tail wags.

Percy isn’t just Stella’s new best friend—he’s training to be her Autism Assistance Dog. His job? Helping Stella feel confident and supported in everyday life, especially in challenging public settings. Whether it’s guiding her through busy places or staying calm during sensory overload, Percy is learning to be the steady, reassuring partner Stella can count on.

Their journey so far has been full of milestones. From cuddly first playdates to walks and even a cosy sleepover, these two are already proving they’re a fantastic team in the making.

Stella is learning how to guide Percy with confidence, and Percy is showing he’s ready to rise to the challenge. This isn’t just training—it’s the start of a partnership that’s going to open doors for Stella, both figuratively and literally.

Autism Dogs CIC is a not for profit Community Interest Company motivated by a love of dogs and passion for helping people diagnosed with autism. The 24/7 presence of a trained assistance dog provides many benefits including a wide range of practical skills that can mitigate the challenges of their condition. Autism Dogs CIC offers autistics a fully managed ‘Assistance Dog Programme’ with on-going education and therapeutic support for each client and their primary carers. The programme offers ‘Advanced Training’ that consists of a bespoke menu of skills that are specific to each client’s needs.
