One of our recent commissions for Newport Rowing Club ☺️

The oldest rowing club on the Isle of Wight, established in 1863 and the original wooden boathouse still stands.

The first regatta at the club was held in 1977 and is now an annual event.

We've had a few new followers so I thought I'd reintroduce myself 🙂

Hi, I’m Helen, the owner of H Cooper Glass Engravers. I specialise in the engraving of glass awards and giftware.

Married to Dave, and mum to two grown up daughters and a delightful dachshund, I began my business when my eldest daughter was born as it meant I could work around her.

Now, 22 years later, my business has gone from strength to strength and my daughter works alongside me, keeping on top of all the admin and paperwork.

This leaves me more time to be creative and engrave!

Our family business is based in the heart of the Congleton community, providing our quality engraving services for individual commissions as well as working alongside many local and nationwide companies, schools, and sports clubs.

The engraving process. My machine is driven by compressed air, which mixes with Aluminium Oxide (not sand) and blasts against a pre-made stencil.
