Let's talk natural worming. It is becoming common knowledge that fur is used as a natural wormer but many don't know the whole story.

Will fur remove worms? Yes, fur essentially acts like a pipe cleaner in your pets intestinal tract, your pet can't digest the fur and it can drag worms out on its way through the digestive system.

Will fur kill eggs? No!

Will fur prevent future infestation? No!

Fur is a fabulous part of a natural worming regime but it is not a stand alone resolution. Your pets will absolutely love the treats regardless of why you are feeding them and we have a lovely range of furry treats with prices from just 50p.

What else can I use that is still natural? Pumpkin seeds that we'd recommend grinding to a powder and using as a food topper. Half a teaspoon per 10kg of weight is a sufficient amount.

Pumpkin seeds are an effective natural remedy for deworming due to their high content of a compound called cucurbitacin. This compound has been found to paralyze and eliminate intestinal worms from the body. Additionally, pumpkin seeds are rich in nutrients like zinc and magnesium, which support overall health.
