A fantastic session with this lovely boy and his Mum. He can be a little bouncy around visitors, so we covered marking and rewarding for paws on the floor. He can also become a little overstimulated on walks, leading biting and jumping. We worked on a focus exercise, loose lead game and also reward placement to keep those paws on the ground. A very productive session 🙂

Refresher completed for another year! I will hopefully be able to arrange some classes next year.

A behavioural session, broken down into different parts.
We initially met last week and worked on loose lead/connection work. A looser lead means less tension on the lead.
During this session, we went out, continued to work on the loose lead and how to cope with triggers. This went well and this lovely boy remained below threshold, so we were able to work on recall and had a lovely relaxed walk back home.

This little lady is an absolute cuddle bum. Her family have recently adopted her and we will be working on socialisiation (new environments, new sounds, new smells etc). We have worked on abit of connection on the lead and also how to capture desired behaviours through positive reinforcement.
With a bespoke written plan and in person appointments, I am looking forward to seeing how this girl and her family progress.
