We treat many different ailments including :
-Arthritis
-Hip & elbow dysplasia
-Osteo chondritis dessicans
-Spondylosis
-Spinal injuries
-cardiovascular fitness
-Cruciate & patella injuries
-Weight loss
The warm water therapy increases blood and oxygen flow to the muscles aiding mobility and developing muscle mass. This in turn supports damaged and weakened joints increasing range of movement and helping to reduce pain, stiffness and swelling.

Groom time for my own dog today with Claudia from
Claudia did a fabulous job, and anyone who knows Lottie, knows that she is a wiggle bum and the brush isn’t her best friend ! Claudia is so patient and kind and Lottie had a full groom, all over clip, including her nails trimmed and her ears cleaned and is now so soft and smells delicious. Her teeth were showing signs of tartar build up around the canines and molars which can cause gum inflammation, but after one session with Claudia today they are back to being clean and shiny again.

Gorgeous Max has lost a whopping 12kg since leaving Battersea Dogs Home at 52kg !!! His new wonderful owners have been super dedicated to his new healthy regime and he now weighs in at just under 40kg which is absolutely amazing ! Thanks to their hard work and dedication Max is so much healthier and happier and a course of hydrotherapy has helped him to regain stamina and endurance and increase his general fitness and shift a few extra pounds ready for the summer ☀️

Clara and Clyde had a big adventure today 💦
Clyde joined us for therapy and Clara had the very important job of showing her ‘big’ baby brother the ropes 🐾 what a beautiful pair they are 🩷💙

Some lovely visitors today 🐾 🐶

Scarlett the Labrador has been having hydrotherapy and laser with us for some time to aid in elbow dysplasia and arthritis. She really benefits from the sessions and enjoys a snooze whilst having her laser therapy and massage. Today she came along with her moral support team 🐾🧡

Archie (spaniel) and Dino (husky cross) have joined us recently for elbow issues and hind limb weakness and although they have only had two sessions with us so far, they have adapted brilliantly and really improved 😉

Lexi and Tukka the doodles are fitness and agility dogs and are having hydrotherapy to maintain muscle tone and cardiovascular health for competing. They love supporting each other and taking turns 🐾

Such a lovely bunch of pups that we are lucky enough to be able to spend time with 🐾

Meet the very handsome Tigger 🐾 💙
This beautiful boy has dedicated his life to the police force and has been a best friend to his handler for the last 12 years. Thanks to the help of London Retired Police Dogs Trust he is able to have hydrotherapy to help with his mobility in his older years and support his muscle tone. He has been really enjoying his sessions and is making good progress whilst having lots of well deserved fuss and treats from us all 🐾

Do my ears look big in this ? 😌

This little cutie is Oreo who is being treated with us for luxating patella’s (weakened knee caps that slide out of position)

Since starting hydrotherapy with us 4 weeks ago, she has become much stronger and has stopped hopping on her hind limbs and issues with lameness have been reduced - she’s a little star and a super swimmer ⭐️ 🐾 Well done Oreo 🐶

Some friendly faces that brightened our day 🐾

Alfie, Percy, Chewie and Tank are all attending hydrotherapy for joint diseases of the hips and stifles.

Percy is recovering from cruciate ligament surgery and Alfie recently underwent a total hip replacement.
Tank is being managed for hip dysplasia and Chewie has chronic osteoarthritis of her hips and stifles and complex postural issues caused by this.

What do they all have in common ?? Their love of Hydro Hounds and having owners and therapists that want the very best for them 💦 🐶 🐾 ❤️

Beautiful Bella joined us today for hydrotherapy to help treat hip dysplasia. She did such a great job despite some beginners nerves and went home happy and wagging her tail … sausage snacks and cheese certainly helped 😉 Well done Bella ⭐️ 🐾

A lovely session with Skye who attends hydrotherapy for conservative management of cruciate disease. She is such a loving calm girl who is doing really well with her therapy. Her owners are dedicated to ensuring that her lifestyle and exercise are well managed to prevent further progression and she is enjoying life to the full … keep up the good work Skye ⭐️ 🐾
