Couldn't be more proud of my boy!😄😍 his reactivity to dogs is getting better and better, we still have days when he acts like an idiot but this is a huge progress for him and for Juno as well :) When we met in October last year they both used to react to each other and today we didn't even have any big reactions from both dogs 🙌 Thanh Talizing you are such an amazing, dedicated owner, well done to you both😍👏 Thank you for meeting us today x Obsidian K9 Academy look at Roger & Juno smashing it!!💪🏼

Everyday I watch people being dragged by their dogs. I wonder how is this comfortable for them and their dog? Some people really don't care that their dog is choking itself causing damage to it's trachea. I am talking about small dogs too! I also wonder, is this because people don't have enough knowledge on how to train dogs or are they just lazy? Unfortunately I think it's just pure laziness as you can simply Google "how to stop my dog pulling on the lead" and you have lots of FREE resources! No excuses! I know dogs aren't robots, even a trained dog will try to pull sometimes but constant pulling on the lead isn't healthy. Dogs aren't in the right state of mind if they are pulling like that. Especially if you have a reactive dog, this is the first thing you need to address, otherwise don't expect their behavioural problems to get better. If you are my neighbour you probably see me nearly everyday perfecting the basics and practising loose lead walking even when I know my dog can do that but he will never go for a walk until he is in the right state of mind, and believe me, my Shepherd can be a bit wild! And yeah I walk up and down the street like I am insane but who cares🤣Also dogs under my care aren't allowed to pull like crazy and I try my best to teach them how to walk nicely. And yes, my dog is allowed to sniff the grass🤣

Loose leash walking with Dobby😊🤎 It is so important that your dog leaves the house in a calm state mind. It will improve the quality of your walk and it will mentally stimulate your dog. Of course I don't expect any dog to walk like this for an hour, she is now having fun on the field 🥰

Most of you don't know my dog is dog reactive. Only because I let him say "Hi" to EVERY dog when he was younger. He used to act friendly until he became frustrated on the leash and it started to be problematic, because he is big and strong. Most of you don't know how much I love training him, I want him to be neutral around other dogs ( he is a lot better now anyway ) and comfortable in new environments. This is one of our training sessions at the shopping centre. Exposure to new environments is very important in our dogs life. 😊 This is your sign to take your dog somewhere new and just enjoy the adventure!🐾🤎
