Meet Lisa 💙

Lisa is our sweet little lady who has been in our care for 234 days! She has never known anything but our cattery and is desperate to find a home where she can cuddle up with her new family and enjoy Christmas with them.
Lisa is really friendly and affectionate once she is comfortable with you and can live with children aged 8+ and could potentially live with a calm dog and friendly felines. The Pets Foundation Santa Paws appeal is now live. Help raise funds for ourselves by donating in Pets at Home & Groom Room Coventry Gallagher or Canley Pets at Home and The Groom Room by Christmas Eve.

Thank you in advance as anything you can donate in the stores, we will receive a proportion of to help rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs and cats across the area.

Feline foster homes required! 😺

In February we will be closing the old cattery block and a brand new block will be built for our beautiful cats and kittens!
During this time we are placing all residents into temporary foster care.
We are looking for local foster carers to add to our list of fabulous fosterers, who are happy to house a cat or kittens during this exciting time!
All fosterers will be provided with all equipment they need, food, litter and vet expenses and treatments paid for the cat/kittens in their care.
We will fully support you and give any help or advice needed.

We ask that all fosterers:
Have a good knowledge of cats and their care
Have their own cats vaccinated
Be able to drive and have access to a car for vet or centre trips
Have a spare room to keep the foster cat/kittens; so they live separately from family pets
Provide us with permission to have animals from their landlord; if their home is rented
Provide us with a video or photographs of their homes- this is a virtual home check
Keep records, give medications if required and stay in regular contact with the foster coordinator
Live in/within 10 miles of Coventry
We ask all foster cats must be kept inside and not given outdoor access

So the joint Gala Ball on Saturday at the stunning St Mary's Guildhall held in conjunction with our friends at RSPCA Coventry and District Branch raised a fantastic amount of £3342 for the rescue animals of the city. This is all down to the kindness and generosity of those who attended and donated so thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was a lovely evening and despite being hard work to arrange it was well worth it.

OK- round 2! We have donations of clothing set aside for collection, for various local charities who have made themselves known to us. Reminder, at this time we are donating to charities, not individuals.

Each charity below will need to nominate someone from their helpers to collect the clothes from our site (CV5 9DQ) on THURSDAY the 21st between 10:30am-12:30pm - we just aren't able to do deliveries, or hold indefinitely. (Some of you may have already collected last week, but I'm not sure who they are.) Just come along and make yourself known in reception.

There will be a bit of time (up to 2 weeks, depending on deliveries) before a new batch is ready as our volunteers need to order more components and then do the cutouts.

As Santa is currently on his way to our centre to meet all your lovely canine companions, we are on the hunt for a new sofa for our dog socialisation room. We would all be so grateful if anyone has or knows of anyone who could donate one for our dogs and of course… Santa himself! ❤️🤞🏼

We want to thank you again for all of your support and the many donations we get daily to help our centre move smoothly and supplying comfort for our current 4 legged animals!

Meet Asia 💙💙

Asia is our very chatty Bengal! She loves to let everyone know she has something to say and has such a funny character. She likes a good fuss and cuddles but also will need a home who can give her space when required. Bengals are very energetic breed and although she is 8 years old she is full of energy and life, she will need a home who can provide enrichment and lots of mental stimulation. Asia will need to be the only animal in the house and would prefer an adult only home. She will need outdoor access when she is ready. Could you give our grumpy faced lady her forever home?
