Hi there. 👋 It's been a while since I had to stop the dog grooming due to my health. I have however been guided down a new path.... please like /follow my new venture which is
Fallen Star Energy Centre. (Link at the bottom of this post... please head on over and give me a like/follow) I've trained and continue to educate myself as a therapist offering a holistic alternative approach to rebalancing and restoring your mind body and soul.
I have converted my grooming room to a magical place where I am able to do my reiki treatments, tuning fork therapy and provide joint or one to one soundbaths. Carry on reading to find out what these entail.....

💓 Reiki.... is a hands on or off the body transfer of universal energy which can help you re align and rebalance. It's very gentle and can have some wonderful effects.

💓 Tuning Fork Therapy.... I use an array specialist tuning forks (weighted and non weighted) which work on a frequency and vibrational level. Your current state of being will determine which HZ frequencies I will use if you chose to opt for any of the Solfeggio forks. This treatment can have some very unexpected or profound effects, it helps to shift deep stagnant energy and can help the body to speed up its own healing process whether be physically or mentally.

💓 Soundbath.... I offer both joint and solo sound experiences. When opting for a one to one treatment you will not only be fully immersed in the magical sounds of shamanic drum, chimes, percussion, gong and singing bowls like you would in the joint experience but you'll also be given a resonating singing bowl 'sound bubble'. This is where you will be circled by various singing bowls and also have either the OM chime bar or a himalayan bowl placed upon your body. This experience alone is extremely soul searching and deeply relaxing. You will feel that you are as I stated in a bubble of sound. A Soundbath will alter the level of brainwaves enabling to the body to enter a more relaxed or even dreamlike state.

Hi there everyone, some of you may be aware already but need to put this on my page also incase I've made a mistake and missed anyone out when sending my messages.
I regret to inform you all I am unfortunately in the process of a career change due to persistent issues with my back and arm caused by grooming.
This has been such a huge decision to call and have put it off for longer than I should have as I'm not one for admitting defeat. Having 3 weeks off over Christmas I thought I may be a little better but 1st day back, 1st dog on the table and my back was straight back to square one again so this was a major kick up the butt for me to give my head a wobble and ask myself how long can I do this without causing further serious problems. I am currently training up for a new business which I feel may still lead me to work with dogs just not the grooming side. I plan to fully stop dog grooming the last day of March and move my room around to make way for my new path in tuning fork therapy, sound baths and reiki healing so I'm afraid it's not too far away. Any appointments made upto the end of March will still be honoured. I am in conversation with two groomers whom I am recommending. I have carefully chosen these as I don't want my dogs to go just anywhere and I want to know that they will continue to get the very best of care. If you'd like their details please let me know and I'll gladly forward them to you.
I want to take this moment and thankyou whole heartedly for chosing me to be your groomer.
Apologies if you've recently had an appointment and I never mentioned all this, I get quite emotional as it feels like an end to an era and also feels like a huge leap of faith to just stop and change what I've passionately created over 20 odd years. I have all hope that my new venture will be as successful and I hope to see some of you maybe come for reiki healing, be helped with the frequencies of my tuning forks or experience a sound bath with the use of singing bowls, chimes and gongs.

Posting a little earlier this year to give everyone an opportunity to buy one as they went like hot cakes last year. My mother in law has knitted sooooo many red poppy brooches to which I then said how about some purple ones too? For those that are not aware a purple poppy represents the animal’s lost at war. So this year I have both red and purple poppies up for sale at £2 a poppy. ALL donations go straight to The Royal British Legion. They all have a little safety pin on the back to you can put it on your coat or jumper. Send me a message if you'd like one or pop by if your dog isn't due in for a groom anytime soon. You can buy as many as you'd like. My mother in law is on stand by to make more 😊❤💜❤💜😊

Due to massive inflation of electricity prices, this unfortunately will affect my grooming fees as I physically cannot take the wrath of the massive increase in bills to be paid. I consciously try turning things off when not using them but it's inevitable that our ongoing bills are likely to be sky high as more often that not I've either my clippers or dryers running and lights on constantly. I'm extremely sorry to do this as I know everyone will be struggling already with their own bills and I always feel so awkward when I do have to put up my prices. I just pray that come the end of the year the next predicted bill increase will just magically disappear. Some customers may already know about the groom fee increase but just incase you've missed the message or haven't visited recently I'm putting this on here.
