Buddy is a gorgeous deerhound who has bolted from his dog sitter on Friday 23 August - we are asking people who see him to call in with the sightings including his direction of travel but NOT to try and catch him or follow him as he is running scared

Little Leo had his teeth cleaned with the ultrasonic toothbrush system today. Although there was some tartar aswell as plaque and staining, it was still at a manageable stage, much longer and it would have been a case for the vets. Leo is a cockapoo so having a poodle breed in him, and being a small dog, means the plaque will start to return after 6 weeks, so now we will keep up with the hygiene and health of his teeth by offering teeth cleaning sessions each time he comes in for his groom.

Radley has his teeth cleaned every 6 weeks or so with his grooms, but due to his breed the plaque comes back alot quicker with a bigger build up, so at his his grooming sessions we spend quite along time on his teeth. Radley isn't so keen on coming to the groomers, so to make the experience better and rather than trying to get alot done in one go, his Mum has now booked him in for another teeth cleaning session in between his regular grooming and teeth cleaning sessions. This allowed me to get most of his teeth cleaned in the one session, and in future should be easier to keep on top of, and make a better experience for Radley.

Radley the German Spitz has hids teeth done every 8 weeks with his groom. He tends to have abit more of a buildup between his sessions so his mum is looking at an additional session between grooms, which is a great idea for Radley as he is quite an anxious dog.
