We have been owned by Devon Rex since 1991 and have enjoyed their wonderful companionship ever since. They are a wonderfully funny, quirky, active and fun loving breed with beautiful curly coats. All the girls we have here have been born at Maystar and most are Champion or Grand Champion winners. Super busy day today, 4 cats are outside during p*e-fest which frees up our beds, chairs and toy boxes from a deluge of cat p*e! They went out after breakfast and came in at supper time. So little Matti only had the A team to play with today, including Eros. Gt gt gt gt cousin Viktori looked after her whilst we were away visiting Grand Mewmew. Looks like it's play time now??

Matti is growing beautifully. She is a very purry happy baby who is yet to venture downstairs with the crazy boisterous youngsters. However, they do all play very well upstairs. Xiomara still wants her to run and play chase, Malik is gentle with her and her and Viktori race about at nighttime together and sleep next to me in bed.

She eats really well, but refuses to eat 'cold' food. Sigh. She only likes 'fresh tin or packet. She loves kibbles, but as yet, her tummy doesn't. We give a few at night with a little pre/ probiotic to help her gut flora adapt.

She is spicey, a little nervous of silly things at times, but then bolshy and busy not standing for any rubbish from the other cats. . She is blending in so nicely with our lives and is so sweet natured.

Happy 1st Purrday to the miracle Maelings litter. ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you to their wonderful families for loving them so very much. MAGGIE MAYHEM had her adult debut show at the weekend taking 7 finals, so I think she will have lots of letters in front of her name. STAR had her debut show class a few months back, winning her first CC and SETH lounged about at home whilst his Sisfurs were busy.

Our Story

Maystar Devon Rex is a British cattery based in Coventry, West Midlands. We have ten cats living with us in our home. Faith, Lillibet, Flaire, Viktori, Pearl, Tyga, Robyn, SaBreena, Ikon and his son Magnus Rex. We pride ourselves on healthy, happy cats and kittens and are part of the GCCF Accredited Breeders Scheme as well as TICA registered. With a Diploma in Feline Behaviour and Pshychology we have the tools to keep our Pride happy. We run a waiting list for kittens and are happy to talk about our cats and are dedicated to getting our kittens to the right homes.
